Red Rock was started from humble beginnings by the founders Teresa and Mick with an idea hatched at the kitchen table in the family home. Their goal is to show the world that Indigenous businesses can provide quality services and exceed the expectations of the business community and succeed alongside traditional mainstream companies.
Red Rock was a self funded start-up. It was not and has never been supported by Government funding or grants. The business was built on the back of the hard work and commitment from the founders.
What ensued was a rollercoaster ride from idealistic dreams to reality and Red Rock Recruitment is now a 100% Aboriginal owned and managed contract labour and workforce management company with a core focus on sustainable employment and improving workplace diversity and inclusivity.
We work collaboratively with socially conscious Australian businesses to solve their recruitment and diversity challenges, support their commitments to social stewardship and deliver first class results.
Red Rock is committed to working with Indigenous organisations, JSA’s, Traditional Owners, Local Indigenous councils and associated businesses to ensure we engage with our communities in a way that creates harmony and ensures prosperity for all parties touched by our relationships.
