Experience:

Completing an apprenticeship as a Chef, Teresa went on to work for some of Australia’s largest commercial hospitality organisations such as Accor Pacific Group, Spotless Services and Compass Group. Teresa diligently worked her way through the ranks and held senior positions with these organisations such as Head Chef and Chef Manager.
She then went into business for herself and successfully ran a number of Cafes and Catering businesses including club bistros and sporting venue fast food outlets until her passion for people became more than a hobby.
Teresa has over ten years’ experience in the recruitment industry and has performed various tasks including front office reception, office management, accounts, payroll, recruitment consultant, recruitment manager and national recruitment manager. She has the ability to develop relationships at all levels with both employees and clients.
Teresa has experience recruiting across a number of industry streams including Banking and Finance, Health, Civil Construction, Building Construction with a wealth of experience in bulk recruitment for renewables projects such as solar farms.
